The Sirna Family has owned and operated a farm in Auburn Township since 1997.
In 2013 they purchased “the little pizza shop” at the corner of East Washington Street and 44. In 2019 they expanded their takeout only restaurant by building of a new location across the street from their original set up. Sirna’s expansion includes approximately 3200 sq. ft. with interior and seasonal patio seating, an expanded menu and local beer and wine. The menu offering includes stone baked gourmet pizzas and Italian fare, with a focus on seasonal, local produce from their family farm. Sirna’s is a great place to work with an emphasis on family values and a healthy work – life balance, great staff culture and competitive pay.

CHEF

Sirna’s Restaurant is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to lead and manage the diversified responsibilities of the kitchen. This position requires both culinary and managerial skills to support the restaurant, menu and staff. The restaurant includes full-service dine-in seating for 40, a seasonal patio seating, take out, and local delivery.

Chef and/or Line Cook

Chefs are responsible for menu development with support of team, kitchen management, including staff oversight and preparation of dishes that are consistent and timely. Line cooks support our kitchen team and chefs by assisting with food preparation, execution and cooking. Sirna's is willing to train a motivated person to join our kitchen team.

Servers

Server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. We are looking for a problem solver, who is quick on their feet with a polite and friendly attitude.

Kitchen Help

Sirna’s is seeking kitchen help to support the execution of quality food at Sirna’s in support of the current Chef and Sous Chef. This position requires culinary knowledge, experience and above all interest. Level of kitchen help and extension of position will vary based on experience.
